This only contained the (unused) evaluator.proto file.
Considering we're less likely to have the CLI talk to a long-running
evaluator, but instead embed the evaluator inside the CLI, remove this.
If we add a RPC to speak to an evaluator, we can resurrect this from
git history.

Only pass in the proto files that are actually needed to build that
crate. They are already constructed in depot.tvix.$crate.protos.protos.

This adds the tvix-build crate, currently only containing a
`tvix_build::proto` module, exposing the data structures defined in
tvix/build/protos.

This splits the pure content-addressed layers from tvix-store into a
`castore` crate, and only leaves PathInfo related things, as well as the
CLI entrypoint in the tvix-store crate.
Notable changes:
- `fixtures` and `utils` had to be moved out of the `test` cfg, so they
can be imported from tvix-store.
- Some ad-hoc fixtures in the test were moved to proper fixtures in the
same step.
- The protos are now created by a (more static) recipe in the protos/
directory.
The (now two) golang targets are commented out, as it's not possible to
update them properly in the same CL. This will be done by a followup CL
once this is merged (and whitby deployed)

This moves the castore.proto file into the //tvix/store/protos directory. Per-
component protos might make more sense, than a "tvix-wide" proto directory.

As per the discussion in

sounds more like an external, stateful ID. Call this `digest`, to make
clear it's precisely this.

Make it clear these are symlinks, not hardlinks.
The term "link" is too heavily correlated to other meanings in IPFS/IPLD
world, and calling this symlink removes this confusion.

Upstream nixpkgs removed a lot of aliases this time, so we needed to do
the following transformations. It's a real shame that aliases only
really become discoverable easily when they are removed.
* runCommandNoCC -> runCommand
* gmailieer -> lieer
We also need to work around the fact that home-manager hasn't catched
on to this rename.
* mysql -> mariadb
* pkgconfig -> pkg-config
This also affects our Nix fork which needs to be bumped.
* prometheus_client -> prometheus-client
* rxvt_unicode -> rxvt-unicode-unwrapped
* nix-review -> nixpkgs-review
* oauth2_proxy -> oauth2-proxy
Additionally, some Go-related builders decided to drop support for
passing the sha256 hash in directly, so we need to use the generic hash
arguments.
