Move the code implementing it from StorePath to StorePathRef, and have
the StorePath impls use that too.
Drop the debug_assert in every comparison - we have tests for this to
ensure it keeps working, and built up some confidence by piping a lot of
other store paths through it in the meantime.

We were wrongly using `'de` as a lifetime for both `Deserializer` and
`StorePathRef`.
This prevented Deserializing into a struct containing `StorePathRef`.
See https://serde.rs/lifetimes.html#the-deserializede-lifetime, the last
part of the paragraph:
The 'de lifetime should not appear in the type to which the Deserialize
impl applies.
- // Do not do this. Sooner or later you will be sad.
- impl<'de> Deserialize<'de> for Q<'de> {
+ // Do this instead.
+ impl<'de: 'a, 'a> Deserialize<'de> for Q<'a> {
This fixes it, and adds a test, deserializing into a `Container` struct.
It also fixes the existing test cases, deserialize_ref was actually
deserialize_owned, and deserialize_owned didn't exist yet - but they
alone are not enough to provoke the lifetime issues.

The outer fingerprint used for store path calculation is always a sha256
digest. This includes both input and output-addressed store paths.
We used a NixHash here, which can also represent other hash types, and
that had a bunch of annoyances:
- Whenever we had the bytes, we had to wrap them in a NixHash::Sha256().
- Things like AtermWriteable had to be implemented on NixHash,
even though we then had an assertion it was only called in the
NixHash::Sha256 case.

Implement the fetchurl builtin, and lay the groundwork for implementing
the fetchTarball builtin (which works very similarly, and is implemented
using almost the same code in C++ nix).
An overview of how this works:
1. First, we check if the store path that *would* result from the
download already exists in the store - if it does, we just return
that
2. If we need to download the URL, TvixStoreIO has an `http_client:
reqwest::Client` field now which we use to make the request
3. As we're downloading the blob, we hash the data incrementally into a
SHA256 hasher
4. We compare the hash against the expected hash (if any) and bail out
if it doesn't match
5. Finally, we put the blob in the store and return the store path
Since the logic is very similar, this commit also implements a *chunk*
of `fetchTarball` (though the actual implementation will likely include
a refactor to some of the code reuse here).
The main thing that's missing here is caching of downloaded blobs when
fetchurl is called without a hash - I've opened b/381 to track the TODO
there.
Adding the `SSL_CERT_FILE` here is necessary to teach reqwest how to
load it during tests - see 1c16dee20 (feat(tvix/store): use reqwests'
rustls-native-roots feature, 2024-03-03) for more info.

In most case, we don't actually need an owned `StorePath` struct, but a
`StorePathRef<'_>` is sufficient. The lifetime is only due to it holding
onto the name, but that one is mostly left untouched.
`Derivation::calculate_derivation_path` still needs to return
`StorePath`, as its name has a `.drv` appended.

This fixes a *future* clippy lint:
https://rust-lang.github.io/rust-clippy/master/index.html#/incorrect_partial_ord_impl_on_ord_type
In essence, because the implementation of *both* Ord and PartialOrd
implies that ordering is not partial, all results of PartialOrd should
simply be those of Ord. This is to avoid subtle bugs in future
refactorings.

This specific struct is only used to represent content-addressed paths
(in case a Derivation has a fixed-output hash, for example).
Rename `Output`'s `hash_with_mode` to `ca_hash`.
We now also include `CAHash::Text`, and update the `validate` function
of the `Output` struct to reject text hashes there.
This allows cleaning up the various output path calculation functions
inside nix-compat/src/store_path/utils.rs, as they can now match on
the type.
`make_type` is renamed to `make_references_string`,
`build_regular_ca_path` is renamed to `build_ca_path`, and
`build_text_path` has a disclaimer added, because you might not actually
want to use it.

This trait is eval-specific, there's no point in dealing with these
things in tvix-store.
This implements the EvalIO interface for a Tvix store.
The proper place for this glue code (for now) is tvix-cli, which knows
about both tvix-store and tvix-eval.
There's one annoyance with this move: The `tvix-store import` subcommand
previously also used the TvixStoreIO implementation (because it
conveniently did what we wanted).
Some of this code had to be duplicated, mostly logic to calculate the
NAR-based output path and create the PathInfo object.
Some, but potentially more of this can be extracted into helper
functions in a shared crate, and then be used from both TvixStoreIO in
tvix-cli as well as the tvix-store CLI entrypoint.

There was a NixHash::new() before, which didn't perform any validation
of the digest length. We had some length validation when parsing nix
hashes or SRI hashes, but some places didn't perform validation and/or
constructed the struct directly.
Replace NixHash::new() with a
`impl TryFrom<(HashAlgo, Vec<u8>)> for NixHash`, which does do this
validation, and update constructing code to use that, rather than
populating structs directly. In some rare cases where we're sure the
digest length is correct we still populate the struct manually.
Fixes b/291.
