	When we added the Nix language test suite in cl/6126, we excluded the whole tvix tests folder from Nix formatting. This is unintentional, as we probably want our tests to be formatted correctly. 	This is the simplest kind of thunk that can be created (and so far the only one the compiler knows how to create), in which an identifier inside a `let` encounters a value that is bound after it is initialised.
