	Nothing is using this now, and we'll likely never pick this up again, but we learned a lot in the process. Every now and then this breaks in some bizarre way on channel bumps and it's just a waste of time to maintain that. 2020-08-05	r/1595 feat(3p/nix): add MockBinaryCacheStore	Kane York	1	-0/+91
	This adds an implementation of BinaryCacheStore to be used by tests exercising both the logic inherent to BinaryCacheStore and more general Store tests. A new library target, nixstoremock, is created to indicate that this file is intended only for use in tests and not in user-facing code.
