	I found a few links that seem to be absolute-path links designed for cgit. Replace them with relative links instead, so that they work within both sourcegraph and cgit. This commit handles this fix for the top-level README.md, and the ones within docs/. 	This fixes readTree and the various project builds, as well as (hopefully) most documentation links inside of the projects.

	This moves the various projects from "type-based" folders (such as "services" or "tools") into more appropriate semantic folders (such as "nix", "ops" or "web"). Deprecated projects (nixcon-demo & gotest) which only existed for testing/demonstration purposes have been removed. (Note: all builds are broken with this commit)
