fix(tazjin/nixos): let home-manager overwrite files r/8231
Chromium or something keeps barfing conflicting mime-types files, which causes the entire home-manager activation to fail. I'd be fine with it just overwriting those files, but couldn't be bothered to figure out how to configure that, hence just use the fix from its error message.
