fix(tvix/store/fuse): revert "implement open explicitly" r/6368
This reverts commit f5e291cf8328096d790f5416cf1968cb9164220a. The offsets are relative to the start of the file, and as long as we don't have BlobReaders implement seek, this will be very annoying to deal with.
