feat(users/flokli/kb/dilemma): put LALT on right side too r/8755
It prevent some shortcuts from being used the "natural way", like only being able to type Ctrl-Alt-T with the left hand. Luckily, RALT isn't needed that frequently, so we can expose it right next to GACS (on the G and M keys).
