refactor(treecrumbs): macro for language definitions r/7669
Adds a macro that provides a more convenient syntax for defining new languages for treecrumbs (and that can also be easily used outside of the core treecrumbs code). This macro automatically takes care of compiling tree-sitter queries for reuse.
