fix(whitby): Fix irccat configuration for incorrectly named option r/2619
irccat is passing the realname option as the ident of the user, which doesn't match what is in ZNC. It hasn't seen any upstream commits in a long time, so I'm just leaving this as is and fixing it locally in our config.
