fix(tazjin/emacs): unbind dangerous telega.el shortcut r/6468

The `a` shortcut of telega makes it dangerously easy to accidentally
add users whose username starts with `a` to a group.

This unbinds the shortcut, and leaves the member-adding function to be
called manually and explicitly only.
